So, without further ado . . .
I’ve narrowed down my three favorite slow cooker recipes, and I do hope you’ll enjoy them!
1. Campbell’s Slow-Cooker Chicken & Dumplings
This is my go-to super-easy comfort food recipe. I haven’t yet had a chance to play with it and make it healthier (IE: no condensed soup), but I love chicken and dumplings so much, and at least this way I don’t have to spend hours over the stove with it.
2. Azorean Stew
This is probably the most taste-bud tantalizing beef stew I’ve ever made. The ingredient that almost put me off from trying it? Cinnamon. But believe me, it’s delicious.
3. Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
I’ve played with this recipe the most, but the version we like best substitutes 2 cups of frozen corn for the can of corn, and 2 cups of chicken broth for the can of beer. I’ve extra cumin before, but it’s not necessary. This is a favorite of both hubby and me, and makes a very regular appearance on the dinner menu 
.

Oo, I definitely want to try the chicken and dumplings recipe! I tried one from the Betty Crocker cookbook the other day and it was a flop, so I’ll have to give this one a go. And the beef stew…I do lots with chicken but not all that much with beef so it would be nice to change things up!
Too funny how your Taco Soup is like my chili! I’m definitely going to have to try the stew, even though I don’t much care for it lol but um… cinnamon!
