And #writemotivation begins again! Woohoo!

1. Complete a 4th draft & proof-read of Catalyst.
Since March is only 4 days old, I don’t feel too bad about not having looked at this yet.

2. Pre-write A-Z Challenge blog posts.
‘A’ is written! Huzzah!

3. Re-read Stars for the Dead (and re-title, because “Stars for the Dead” is going to be transferred to book 2) & mark plot holes/expansion points for Camp NaNo.
haven’t started this one yet either, but I’ll get there! Got a couple of books I have to read for reviews, first, so that’s taking up my time currently.

And the garden is about to get into full-swing, I can’t wait! Monday’s agenda is planting asparagus crowns, strawberry roots, and lettuce, and starting some tomato, pepper, and onion plants inside. :D

  1. Oh my gosh, gardening is still only a far distant hope up here. Outside my window right now snow is whirling around the pine trees and the empty cornfields. I’m excited to get started on the garden, but I don’t mind if lovely winter sticks around a little longer yet ;)

    • yeah, if I want to get ANY cool weather crops in (IE: cabbage, broccoli, lettuce) I’ve got to get them started NOW. We’ll be hitting 90-100 degrees by the end of May :P .

  2. Man you’ve been cranking pretty hard lately on Catalyst! Good luck on your goals! I’m sure you can do it! I’m with you all the way! <3 Since moving to Florida, I've learned that I'm not so good in the garden anymore. I guess it's the sandy soil, the extreme heat of the summer, and the funky up and down winters….not me. At least that's what I'm telling myself! :D I *WISH* I could have a garden…and the time…

    • Well, the goal is to pitch Catalyst to an agent at OWFI the first weekend in May, and to start querying some agents around the same time as well. So, I’ve got to get this thing done (ish)!

  3. Not bad for the goals. You’re a tad further than I a, currently. :D I suggest hiding the strawberries. I LOVE strawberries and will go nuts over even a single pint.

Oh, a good bit of advice on your strawberries: plant two or more different varieties to get a stronger crop of them. I learned this from the plant nursery owner I worked for way back in high school.
