Wow. I almost skipped this post when I saw YA, but then read assassin and kept reading, and reading right to the last yes. Wow. I’m heading over to Amazon right now to get it because I’ve been looking for something to grab me for a long time. Thank you. And yay for not skipping the post.
I’m picky about what YA I read, though a lot of good YA seems to be falling onto my plate lately. Honestly, this read more like an adult fantasy novel to me, and a lot of it had to with the fact that back in those times, a girl of Ismae’s age would have been an adult. And the author treated her as such.
Hope you enjoy! Can’t wait to hear/read your thoughts on it :D.
I loved this book as well. The high praise you give here is justly deserved. We’re talking assassin nuns here. How awesome and unique is that?!?
I KNOW! Assassin nuns are AWESOME.
Eeeee! *hugs book*
I might, possibly pick up book 2 this weekend. If I do, I’ll be sure to get it to you as soon as I’m finished!
(I’m REALLY REALLY glad you liked this book as much as I did!)
